Kinetic's Rock And Roll takes realism and your workout to a whole new level with the trainer that delivers natural side-to-side motion. The Road Machine fluid trainer boasts smooth, quiet, speed-sensitive resistance at any wattage or speed for the most realistic experience you can have in your living room. It's so real, the PowerTap-calibrated resistance unit has a 15 second coast-down from 20mph. Plus, it's equipped with an incredibly stable frame and a clamp and lock quick-release to easily secure your bike.
